A local nonprofit is marking a milestone in the Roaring Fork Valley. Summit54 has been providing summer learning opportunities for 15 years, helping students avoid a decline in academic skills during the break. The organization has supported over 12,000 students to date.

The nonprofit's efforts aim to benefit working families by offering a safe and enriching environment for their children. This summer, around 600 elementary-aged students are participating in a five-week program.
