The Aspen Chamber Resort Association recently hosted its annual Hotel Jerome luncheon, marking the kickoff of the summer tourism season. A cooking demonstration was part of the event, featuring Aspen chef Emily Oyer.

During the demonstration, Oyer was seen holding two ears of corn above the table. The corn was also served as an accompaniment to the main course.

Further details about the event and the summer season kickoff can be found through the Aspen Chamber Resort Association or the Aspen Daily News, which covered the luncheon and the start of Food & Wine weekend.
