A local connection was present at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, where a non-alcoholic wine brand made an appearance. The brand, called Missing Thorn, was founded by Stephanie Honig.

Missing Thorn wine was poured for attendees at the Grand Tasting tent during the event.
