A new chief of police has been confirmed in Rifle. Thomas Klein Jr. will be returning to the role he previously held. He has more than 30 years of experience in law enforcement and municipal leadership.
Klein's appointment was confirmed during a Rifle City Council meeting on Wednesday evening. He will be resuming a position he held from 2017 to 2021.
