Law enforcement in Colorado is increasing efforts to prevent accidents caused by impaired individuals. Additional officers will be on duty through July 7.

Impaired driving can have serious consequences, including loss of license and freedom. In a recent year, there were numerous arrests and fatal crashes involving suspected impairment.
