A historic building in downtown Aspen is set to undergo a major transformation. Originally built in 1892, the structure will be revamped into a community food hall and gathering space. The project's total cost is substantial, and construction is expected to start soon.

The revamped building will feature various food and beverage options, as well as spaces for community events. It is anticipated to open its doors in late 2028.

Further information about the project and the search for an operator to manage the facility can be found through the city's press release.
