Arapahoe Basin Ski Area has appointed its first female patrol director, marking a significant milestone for the resort. The new director, who started in the role on July 16, is part of an all-female patrol leadership team.

This team consists of just two positions, and both are now held by women. The director is joined by an assistant director, and together they make up the patrol leadership.
