A pair of individuals were spotted on the Roaring Fork River, navigating through the North Star Nature Preserve. They were using stand-up paddleboards to make their way down the river.

The individuals, a man and a woman, were identified as Lucas Begala and Alexa Daverio. They were seen paddling on Wednesday afternoon.
